A 20lb recoil spring is recommended. All kits include 1 tuned trip and 1 untuned trip as well as an untuned spring . For non-drop in kits a 3.5lb "Ghost 3.0" connector is recommended. Some tuning/fitting may be required. Comes in 3 different flavors!
